Our Refund Policy
Each product is printed upon order which means that on occasion, a product may display a slight unique characteristic. We encourage you to embrace small 'flaws' with the same passion as you might when buying a unique piece of art.
We also understand that sometimes errors do occur. If you receive a product that has significant production errors or is broken, please contact us directly by emailing email@example.com. Please provide the following:
- Clear images of the product including the packaging it arrived in
- Your Order Number
- The date you received your order
Our general refund policy is that we do not issue refunds, however, we will review your order on a case by case basis and issue a full or partial refund if necessary.
